My husband and I turned to Allegiant Contractors when we were creating what ultimately became our dream home in central Austin. We were moving back after spending time out of state, and completely remodeled an old ranch-style from the foundation upward. Allegiant built the addition on my home, and I have been very happy with their work. From the putting together of plans for just what we wanted, and then through the various stages of construction, they have communicated well and been very thorough. I have worked with Allegiant on multiple projects now. On all projects, Allegiant has been patient, creative, reliable and accountable. There have been multiple instances where, despite working on a cost-plus basis, they have refused to hire certain subcontractors they believed were overcharging, then endeavored to secure substantially better bids. As a result, my projects have been within budget, professionally completed, and finished timely.
There has never been any question that Allegiant Contractors were looking out for our best interest, and made sure we understood our options (price, quality, timeline, etc.) before moving forward on any project.
